DOCKERCON   For this corporate event, we secured 16 bars on Rainey Street in Austin, Texas, transforming each space into a distinct local district. It was meant to feel as though16 highly memorable mini-events were going on at once, so making sure everything was seamless at each location was a top priority!

SPACEX   To celebrate SpaceX’s planned journey to Mars, we transformed an unlikely space (would you believe a football stadium?) into a true "life on Mars" experience. The theme was a surprise to attendees, and we provided an out-of-this world experience they'd never forget.

MILLERCOORS ANNUAL CONFERENCE   For this multi-day event, our team worked through weather challenges that emerged just days before. The original venue for the largest event of the convention was outdoors, but our production team was able to quickly come up with an alternative plan.

ALOFT ELEMENT GRAND OPENING   What do you do when two hotels open at the same address? Get creative, of course. We combined the events but maintained a duo of unique brand identities through the use of multiple floors within the space. On a very quick turnaround, we introduced exciting new experiential events and wowed the client's guests.

BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT HOLIDAY   Working with a limited budget, we planned and produced this engaging event to appear as though it had spared no expense. Filled with entertainment and activations, we took a venue made for trade shows and elevated it into a celebratory space, strongly embedding it with brand identity elements to ground it in a sense of purpose. We kept guests engaged throughout an extensive awards ceremony and introduced the coveted champagne dress to keep things effervescent all night long.

One venue on the original wish list was unavailable for the day, but we engaged in a quick creative brainstorming session and came up with an equally fun venue in the same neighborhood. It ended up being the perfect alternative, the guests were none the wiser, and a blast was had by all.

We attentively curated custom outfits, lighting, art installations and other décor elements to ensure every aspect of the venue was on theme and on brand. The result was a spectacular flight of fancy that ended the year off just right.

Ever up for a challenge, our designers created a unique concept invoking a story-line through food, beverage and decor. On the day of the event, our team had to make a weather call and move a full concert from the 7th floor pool deck to the 5th floor ballroom. Throughout the obstacles we faced, the client was extremely pleased with the outcome.
